Kurtis Kostan, MD

Dr. Kostan believes in treating the patient and not just the symptoms. “My goal is to get to know each patient, educate them on how to live a healthy lifestyle, and truly listen to any of their concerns. Each patient should feel their concerns are important and understand the significance of being proactive in their healthcare.”

Kurtis enjoys creating long-lasting relationships with his patients. As a result, he is passionate about providing comprehensive healthcare to patients and building relationships based on trust. “As a primary care physician, I am particularly interested in helping patients with sports-related injuries, as well as patients with diabetic and metabolic disorders. These conditions require complex problem-solving skills, and can greatly influence the quality of life."
Kevin Scully, PA-C, MPAS

Scully completed his physician assistant training at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, a Master’s Degree at the University of Nebraska School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Texas System. He maintains specialization in Emergency Medicine and Surgery and has nearly 30 years of clinical experience. He is also an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Ft. Worth. PA Scully is a highly decorated, retired Air Force Colonel with numerous combat deployments. He was extensively involved in the military humanitarian efforts for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
Leslie
RN
Leslie completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas-Tyler and has a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Texas-Austin. She honed her skills at Mother Francis while working as a pediatric nurse. Then went on to become a nurse in the Chapel Hill ISD for more than a decade. While in this role, she developed a medical program, taught Certified Pharmacy Technician, and Certified Medical Assistant classes in conjunction with TJC. After a hiatus, Leslie was ready to join IHC. She told us that, “it is an environment where I can develop meaningful relationships with many different types of people”. We hope you look forward to seeing her here, as she is enthusiastic about helping others and teaching ANYTHING!

Practice Administrator
Kari is a talented business executive with many years experience in for-profit and non-profit venues. As an independent consultant she developed, researched, and wrote anti-corruption and transparency curriculum and reports for the U.S. Military, NATO, and international NGOs. Kari's consultations have taken her on international adventures and bring new cultural experiences to her life.
Jonathan
Medical Administration Coordinator
Jonathan is a native East Texan. He recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Purdue University. His future plans include earning a Master's Degree in Data Analytics and Healthcare Informatics. He has a true passion for people and creating new relationships within our community. His outside hobbies include editorial photography, staying healthy & fit, and video games.
