Integrity Health Clinic is excited to announce that we now offer our primary care patients on-line access to all aspects of individual health care conducted within our office.  The OnPatient portal enables you to communicate with us in a convenient, safe, and secure way.

Through the OnPatient portal, you have the ability to: 

• Fill out paperwork before your appointment to make checki-in easier

• View your upcoming appointments and check-in online

• Schedule and cancel appointments from your computer or mobile device

• Message your doctor through a HIPAA compliant portal

• Manage your contact and insurance information

• Access your medical record

• Have educational material sent directly to your account

• Connect your child's account and manage their health record with yours

• View statements and pay online​

In addition, if you have questions or concerns, you can send a message to the office through the Portal and a reply is received within 24 business hours. 

 

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PORTAL FOR URGENT NEEDS.

To set up your access to the OnPatient portal, please contact us at 903-630-5595 or stop by the front desk at your next office visit and provide us with an email address. We will then send you an email invite to join the OnPatient portal.
